30 days and some change

Saw Elton John over the weekend.  Farewell tour MAGIC. 

In the last month my belly fat seems to have gone down some.  My sleep is better.  My dreams are crazier.  My libido is better (WHAT).

My guilt over previous drunken nights and blackouts and poor choices is still there.  I try to remind myself I'm moving forward and growing as a person, but that mess is hard.

I got a bullet journal.  I've deep cleaned my carpets twice.  I cleaned my oven.  I've started reading again.  I've had deep conversations with my husband sober.  I've laughed, really laughed, more than I thought I would.

I've started drinking tea again.  Kombucha is part of my night time routine.  I've made some BOMB hot chocolate.  Fizzy water is my friend. 

I'm craving sugar which is weird, and I hope it goes away soon.

Time to figure out how I'm going to navigate the holidays.
